Mercer University’s Woodruff House Offers Christmas Tours

Mercer University’s Woodruff House will be open for free tours between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m., Dec. 4-6. Each room will be trimmed for Christmas by local businesses and decorators, such as J.C. Penney Co.; C. Terry Holland, Interiors; Carol’s Linens; Foxglove Cottage and Ocmulgee Arts. Visitors will enjoy refreshments, live music and storytelling.

Founded in 1833, Mercer is a 7,400-student, comprehensive, Baptist-affiliated university offering undergraduate and graduate degrees through the College of Liberal Arts, the Eugene W. Stetson School of Business and Economics, the Tift College of Education, the School of Engineering, the Walter F.
