ATLANTA/MACON – Mercer University’s Center for Executive Education is offering a series of four virtual workshops in November on “Agile Execution with Predictable Results,” led by Aspen Business Group CEO Russell Disberger, an expert in organizational assessment, strategy, performance management, decision support and process management.

“In today’s business environment, more than ever before, having a strategy or plan for the direction you want to go is essential to your success,” said Jeff Wolfe, director of the Center for Executive Education. “We welcome those of you from small, medium and large businesses to join this four-day virtual workshop. We will provide you with the necessary tools you can apply immediately to focus on the wildly important, act on the lead measures, keep a compelling scoreboard and create a cadence of accountability.”

These synchronous Zoom workshops are intended to help managers, senior managers, team leaders or heads of departments attain predictable results in unpredictable times by building roadmaps to achieve business-critical goals and fostering a cadence of shared accountability.

Each session led by Disberger will work toward identifying organizations’ highest priorities by separating the merely important from the critically important, helping them to stay aligned to their true purpose.

The program consists of four virtual workshops – Nov. 2, Nov. 5, Nov. 9 and Nov. 12 – from 8 a.m.-noon and costs $975 per person. Discounted rates are available for current Mercer students and employees, as well as organizations registering three or more employees together. Online registration is now available.
