Mercer Bachelor’s, Master’s Programs Featured in Best, Most Affordable Online Colleges Rankings

ATLANTA – Mercer University features prominently in the Best Online Colleges and Most Affordable Online Colleges rankings for 2019, released by SR Education Group, an education research publisher founded in 2004.

Online programs included among the Best Online Colleges rankings included Penfield College of Mercer University’s Bachelor of Arts in communication, Bachelor of Science in homeland security and emergency management, Bachelor of Science in informatics and Master of Science in criminal justice and public safety leadership; the School of Business and Economics’ Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in human resource management, management and marketing and Master of Business Administration degrees in healthcare management, human resources and marketing; and the School of Engineering’s Master of Science in technical communication management.

Online programs included among the Most Affordable Online Colleges rankings included Penfield College’s Bachelor of Science in homeland security and emergency management and Master of Science in criminal justice and public safety leadership; and the School of Engineering’s Master of Science in Engineering in software engineering and Master of Science in software systems.

Additionally, the University overall was recognized among the Best Online Colleges in Georgia and Best Online Colleges for Women in STEM.

SR Education Group’s rankings take into account annual tuition, accreditation and PayScale.com salary data to determine the best and most affordable online colleges across the nation.

Since salaries differ by degree level and program, SR Education Group utilizes bachelor’s, master’s and program-specific salary data for the rankings. Manually collected tuition rates are also specific to degree level and program.

SR Education Group’s 2019 rankings include 861 unique schools, between its Best Online Colleges and Most Affordable Online Colleges lists.
