MACON, GA – Mercer Theatre, the production season from Mercer University’s Theatre Department, presents 7 Ways to Say I Love You directed by Scot Mann Feb. 13-23 at Tattnall Square Center for the Arts.

7 Ways to Say I Love You is comprised of seven 10-minute scenes ranging from the blooming of a new romance to the wilting of a dysfunctional love story and everything in between. Join April and John as they find love over pizza or witness the conversation Moneypenny has with her cat as she waits for James Bond to pick her up for a date. This show captures the happiness, grief, and whimsy that are ubiquitous in love and relationships.

“This show is a light, fun romance for Valentine’s Day,” said director Scot Mann. “It’s a fun show to enjoy with your date.”

This production features the opportunity to reduce your ticket price or even get free admission for you and your love to see the show.

There is a list of activities to enjoy around campus and downtown Macon that can be done by oneself, with a loved one, or in a group. To receive the discount, take a selfie at each event. Email the photos to Julia Rubens at rubens_ja@mercer.edu or tag Mercer University Theatre on Facebook for a discount code worth $2 off the price of admission. Earn a free pair of tickets by attending all seven activities.

This initiative is meant to encourage students to blend digital romance with the physical world by interacting together around campus and in downtown Macon to hopefully spark some new romance.
